American Composers' Choral Festival
Join us as we welcome back world-renowned composer/conductor Mack Wilberg to mark the 10th Anniversary of the American Composers' Choral Festival on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at 7:30 PM. Sponsored jointly by The Harrisburg Singers and Trinity Lutheran Church, the 200-voice Festival Choir will include singers from the choirs of 10 local churches, as well as The Cedar Cliff Chamber Singers, The Mechanicsburg High School Wildcat Singers, and The Harrisburg Singers.
In addition to performing Mack Wilberg's glorious arrangements of choral favorites, the concert will also feature music from our past guest composers, including K. Lee Scott, Craig Courtney, Mark Hayes, and Central Pennsylvania's own Robert Lau. A highlight of the evening will be the world premiere by The Harrisburg Singers of a new work by Dr. Wilberg commissioned especially for the Festival.
We hope you will plan to join us for what promises to be an unforgettable concert. Tickets are only $10 and will be available on The Harrisburg Singers’ website and in the Trinity Lutheran church office beginning in March 2020. Please plan to get your tickets early because this event will sell out.
